How much will the the trip cost?
The final cost of the trip depends on the specific meals and activities planned. 

According to our organization bylaws, students cannot be turned away based on their ability to donate towards the trip; however, if we cannot raise the total needed for all interested students to participate, the trip cannot move forward. We need all participants to donate and raise funds according to their best ability.

The final cost of the trip includes:

• Three nights' Accommodations at a four star hotel
• Transportation throughout the trip, including airfare
• Breakfast and dinner each day

Saturday April 20th
08:00 a.m.  Arrive at San Diego International Airport - Students must have parents drop them off.
11:31 a.m. American Airlines Flight 2343 to Chicago O'Hare (Flight Info Confirmed)
05:45 p.m. (local) Arrive at Chicago O'Hare (Hotel Info Confirmed)

04:50 p.m. American Airlines Flight 1543 to San Diego (Flight Info Confirmed)
06:58 p.m. Arrive at San Diego International Airport - Students must be picked up by parents.

Wednesday April 24th - You MUST be at school!

• As details and schedules evolve, this itinerary will be fleshed out with more detail as to specific places we will visit. Generally, lunches will be "on your own" and we will be somewhere with a variety of lunch options available, or if needed because of scheduling, we will provide a box lunch. 

Will there be additional fundraising opportunities for this trip?
Yes! Future Dine-Outs and other fundraising can absolutely help offset the cost of the trip. Keep in mind that it is unlikely fundraising alone, without direct contributions from families, can meet the expense of the trip.
